Conversio is a service for businesses. It provides a shared inbox for Instagram and WhatsApp Business conversations, AI-assisted replies and lead management. The service is operated by TR Sales LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

You need an account to use Conversio. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account, including the channels you connect and the people you give access to.

When using Conversio you agree to:

• comply with the Meta policies and terms that apply to Instagram and WhatsApp, including the Meta Platform Terms;
• reply only to people who contacted your business first;
• not send spam or unsolicited messages;
• send Human Agent messages only manually, by a human, and never for promotional purposes.

AI-generated replies can contain errors. You are responsible for your business's communication and can pause the AI at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the service, or for the content of AI-generated replies.

You can stop using Conversio and disconnect your channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Meta policies. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
